Some of what you'll do:


 Identify businesses suspected of non-compliance. Screen, schedule, coordinate and conduct business  and   financial records. Evaluate  site  construction and verify financial records. Conduct computer research on firm's accounts with other agency programs. Review employment contracts and conduct fact-finding interviews. Prepare of your  work progress.  Prepare subpoenas and other legal documents  for those who are lawyers  or attorneys  as needed. Testify at industrial insurance appeals and court proceedings. For medicals  at site  24hrs.
Qualifications: Required:


College  degree  in various  discipline:  Engineering,  accounting, science , construction  and social sciences.  Note:  other  lower  qualifications  are encouraged to apply  as we  also run  a concurrent  capacitation  program free  to empower  them. You must have a thorough understanding of and ability to   provide proof that you possess a minimum of 20 semester or 30 quarter hours of college credit.  An associate's or bachelor's degree  or   college  diploma  in related field of study.
